All you have to do is send in an email for a custom order, and you can customize your plushie by providing the details. Our team will contact you with the progress!
We use 100% ethically sourced materials for all our plushies. They’re made of soft, hypoallergenic polyester, inside and out. Our plushies are guaranteed as a non-irritant for sensitive skin.
X-Stitch and its members are people who are very connected to their inner child. As a group, we are committed to not only bringing comfort through our heating products, but also a sense of healing other people’s whimsy and inner children in little ways.
We like to name our plushies, as it gives them a cute little “identity,” and helps other people connect to them more after they have taken their own plush home!
Normal washing with cold/warm water should be okay! You can also put it into a washing machine, and set it to “delicates” mode, just to be sure. Be gentle with them when you get them back!
We added a heating feature for convenience. As plushies are meant to radiate a sense of comfort, we decided to add a more physical feature that would play into that concept. It can be healing to know that what you’re holding in your arms is warm and welcoming, and it can help send a sense of ease and relaxation.
